Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Ardelle Home items! However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "final sale"

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@ardellehome.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@ardellehome.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
